ORDER CONDITIONS:
A deposit of 50% or more of the total cost of the order confirms and holds a reservation. The deposit is refundable in full 30 or more days before the event minus a $25 transaction fee for consultation services rendered. The remainder of payment is due no later than 14 days before the event. Late or no payment is subject to cancellation. Late payments may result in substitutions or modifications to the original order. Cancellations received on or within 14 days of the event date may not be subject to refund. Yvonne’s Delightful Cakes reserves the right to exercise artistic license in order to guarantee the structural, visual, and creative integrity of the dessert structure provided that it does not change the agreed price.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS:
If you choose delivery, we cannot be held liable for any damage rendered to the cake at the venue once it has been delivered. Therefore, we require somebody responsible to check that they are happy with the cake before we leave and sign our delivery form.
PICK UP CONDITIONS:
If you choose to collect the cake, we will not be held liable for any damage to the cake once it has left our premises. Tiered cakes are most at risk during transportation.
CAKE SETUP CONDITIONS:
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure arrangements are made for the cake table, linen, cake stand & knife, which should all be set- up prior to our arrival. If any delay is incurred due to these not being set-up, we reserve the right to charge for any extra time spent. Alternatively you can arrange for the cake to be left with the event manager to assemble / move into position as appropriate. Please take extra care to ensure a stable cake table is available.
HIRE OF CAKE STANDS/ACCESSORIES:
If you would like to hire a cake stand or decorations, then a cash deposit is required prior to release. Deposit amounts vary dependent upon the value of the item being hired. Please make arrangements to ensure items hired are safely returned to us within 48 hours of the cake release.
Once we receive the hired item back we will release the deposit held subject to no damage.

All products may have come in contact with a variety of nuts.
